PLM European call… What flavour will you make ?!

This morning at 9am UK Time, I presented to our SWG PLM European Team why is Social Media  important today and how to add it into our marketing mix. The call went well… lots of very interesting questions. And they get it, as their next step is that they are going to run a listening pilot… But that call makes me wonder… and wonder… and wonder… Why are we seeing so many people trying to resist it… trying to resist social media is like trying to resist to an italian ice cream… You are going to regret it when it melt …. So, here I saw this great video from my Commoncrafts friends and from now on…. I am thinking that I may just start any of my presentation with this video… I just love ice cream !
